1. Studies and research on disability: Publishing research results in scientific journals (SINTA indexed) & or Proceedings
2. Developing Inclusive Education Service Modules
3. Recruitment, training, and evaluation of volunteers for Students with Special Needs (MBK):
a. Conducting volunteer selection and recruitment
b. Conducting basic training on inclusive education, mentoring techniques, and the use of assistive technology
c. Assigning volunteers to assist MBK in the lecture process
d. Scheduling volunteers to assist with students with special needs (MBK) and other administrative needs in the AIL room (Narayana room)
4. Website and social media development for AIL:
a. Managing AIL website and social media content by periodically updating information related to inclusive services, events, and activities on the Unair campus.
b. Conducting training for volunteers tasked with managing the AIL website and social media on how to manage disability-friendly content and use website accessibility features.
5. Public Relations for Inclusive Programs and Data Updates for Students with Special Needs:
a. Increase campus visibility and awareness of AIL for MBK through social media and website content. Create articles on the AIL website/social media, infographics, and videos related to inclusive services and their benefits.
b. Collecting, updating, and managing data on students with disabilities. Updates are made through online forms and in collaboration with the education directorate to ensure data accuracy.
c. Building partnerships through meetings/benchmarking with external/internal organizations.
